Deliveries within the UK
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Unless requested otherwise, all orders are despatched by first class post.
If you require your order urgently, our express delivery service guarantees delivery by 5.30pm on the following day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee express delivery.

International
We can deliver to: USA, Australia, Eire, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Denmark.

We aim to deliver all international orders placed within 7 working days.
Please note that this timescale is applicable for mainland areas.

All orders are subject to checking by customs which may delay the delivery of your order.

International delivery costs
USA and Australia - £13 per order
Eire - £4 per order
Europe - £9 per order

Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

If you place your order during a bank holiday period, please allow an extra working day for both standard and express deliveries.
 
Returns & Replacements
To return or exchange:
Your satisfaction with our products is our main concern. We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund for any items which you have purchased from us directly, and that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

Goods must be returned in unused original condition with full original packaging.  All items must also be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.  We reserve the right to refuse returns of ANY items if they appear to be worn or damaged. 

You can either choose for a replacement product to be despatched to you, or opt to have your item value refunded to you.

Please return your item along with a completed returns/exchange form supplied with your delivery.

Please note that parcels sent to this address can take up to 5 working days to reach us.
We highly recommend that when returning items to us, you obtain proof of postage (which should show the Cami Confidential address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office’s printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting), as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Refund of postage will only be made in the case where the item returned is faulty, or an error has been made on your order.

We will refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the entire order was faulty. 

Refund or exchange process
We will let you know as soon as we receive your returned goods, and will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days from our receipt of your return for this to be done. 

Refunds
If you have requested a refund, or exchange of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to you via your original payment method for the order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are not able to offer credit notes.

Exchanges
If you have requested exchanges to be made of a higher value than your returned item, any difference in amount will be due for payment. In this event, we will contact you to advise of the amount due and offered payment methods and this will be payable before the replacement item can be despatched to you. 

Cancellation of your order
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order contract at any point from the time of ordering until 7 working days after delivery. You may cancel the contract, either by email to info@camiconfidential.com, clearly stating your order number and giving clear instructions that you wish to cancel the order.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to securely package the relevant items and send them back to us. You will need to complete a Returns or Exchanges form, which would have been supplied with your order. 

Please retain your shipping documentation, so that your returns/exchange request can still be completed, in the event your items being lost in transit.

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. 

3. Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Cami Confidentail or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. 
Cami Confidential is a trade mark belonging to Cami Confidential. No licence or consent is granted to you to use these marks in any way, and you agree not to use these marks or any marks which are colourably similar without the written permission of Cami Confidential. 

4. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Cami Confidential retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. 

0. Our Contract
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. 

1. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. 

2. Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. 

3. Gift Vouchers
1. Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by.
 
2. We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers. 

3. From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in pesky spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control. 

4. If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two). 

5. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. 

5. Disclaimer as to ownership of trade marks, images of personalities and third party copyright
Except where expressly stated to the contrary all persons (including their names and images), third party trade marks and images of third party products, services and/or locations featured on this Website are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with Cami Confidential and you should not rely on the existence of such a connection or affiliation. Any trade marks/names featured on this Website are owned by the respective trade mark owners. 8. Ethical Sourcing Policy
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, Cami Confidential recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically. 
We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights. 

All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:

However, as Cami Confidential continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.

Cami Confidential is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
